Reinventing Cleveland
Video Courtesty of TEDxTalks
Cleveland, often ranked one of the top five poorest cities in the U.S., has produced a model for creating a sustainable economy and revitalizing suffering neighborhoods. The goal is not just to create jobs, but also to build wealth and anchor capital in the local communities.

Employees own a stake in the company and have the opportunity to build equity and long-term careers. The companies hire from the surrounding communities thereby reinvesting in and building up the local economy.
